1. About these terms

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Egypt Slots Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). They cover our mobile games (the "Apps") and our website, egyptslotsltd.pro. By downloading, installing or using an App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

2. Who can use our games

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, to use our Apps. By using them, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Entertainment only

• Our Apps are for entertainment purposes only and do not offer real-money gambling.
• Virtual coins and other in-game items have no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged, sold or redeemed for money, prizes or anything of value.
• Success in our games does not mean future success at real-money gambling.

4. In-app purchases

Some Apps let you buy virtual items with real money. All purchases are made through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Purchased virtual items give you a limited licence to use them in the App and are not your property.

Refund requests are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and use our Apps on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these terms and the App Store usage rules.

6. Acceptable use

When using our Apps, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs or use bots, hacks or other unauthorised software.
• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell any part of our Apps.
• Sell, trade or transfer virtual items or accounts outside the App.
• Use our Apps for anything unlawful or harmful to others.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or end your access to the App.

7. Intellectual property

All content in our Apps and on our website, including artwork, music, characters, code and the Egypt Slots name and logo, belongs to Egypt Slots Ltd or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. App Store terms

These terms are between you and Egypt Slots Ltd only, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for our Apps, their content, maintenance and support, and for handling any claims about them. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for our Apps.

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of our Apps. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

9. Changes and availability

We may update our Apps, change or remove features, or stop offering an App at any time. We may also update these terms. The latest version will always be on this page, and continuing to use our Apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Liability

Our Apps are provided "as is". We do our best to keep them running smoothly but cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of virtual items.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you may also have the protection of the mandatory laws of where you live.
